On March 13, Vietnam Railways Corporation said that the unit had made a record and handed over the passenger's property left on train SE3 to Da Nang station to find the owner.
Previously, the SE3 train had a North-South route, going from Hanoi station to Ho Chi Minh City station. In the morning of the same day, the train arrived at Hue station to pick up and drop off passengers.
After leaving Hue station, the railway staff in car number 10 were cleaning when they discovered a passenger had left a dark blue bag in bed number 18.
The staff immediately reported to the train captain, Mr. Dang Xuan Dinh, to verify the information and find the owner of the property.
The assets in the bag included a tablet computer, $339 USD and various personal documents.
After checking, the SE3 train captain determined that the bag belonged to a German passenger traveling from Hanoi to Hue.

After contacting the customer, he expressed his gratitude and offered to leave his bag and belongings at Da Nang station, and also asked to receive his belongings at Hue station.
Mr. Dinh and the train staff made a record of the incident and handed over the bag to Da Nang station so that the railway staff there could send it back to Hue station and return it to the foreign passenger.
