According to the People's Committee of Trieu Thuong commune, Trieu Phong district: Yesterday at 9:30 AM on August 31st, Mr. Nguyen Cong Anh, born in 2003, residing in Nhan Bieu 1, Trieu Thuong commune, Trieu Phong district, Quang Tri province, was on his way home crossing Thanh Co bridge when he found a small black bag on the road. Upon checking, he found cash and some personal documents bearing the name Nguyen Thi Dieu Hang. Afterward, Mr. Nguyen Cong Anh took the bag to the Trieu Thuong commune police station to ask for help in finding the owner so he could return it.

Upon verification, Ms. Nguyen Thi Dieu Hang, born in 1983, residing in Tan Duc, Trieu Thanh commune, Trieu Phong district, Quang Tri province, was identified as the owner of the lost property. Approximately 20 minutes after contact, Ms. Hang arrived at the Trieu Thuong commune police station to verify her identity and reclaim all her lost belongings, including: 40,120,000 VND in cash (Forty million one hundred and twenty thousand dong); one Citizen Identification Card; one Vietcombank bank card; and other documents.
Mr. Nguyen Cong Anh's actions demonstrate a noble deed of returning lost property to its owner. This is a beautiful act that deserves to be emulated and exemplified.
