In addition, the company also focuses on promoting digital transformation in business administration, using accounting software, sales management, management of goods distribution activities... Thanks to the use of support tools, the company can sell and reach customers 24/7, each month the company distributes to the market from 1.5 - 2 tons of honey and honey products".
At first, when Mr. Thieu Dinh Vinh established Quang Tam Vietnam Production and Trading Company Limited in Thieu Hoa district, the company encountered many difficulties due to not applying digital methods to approach customers, not thoroughly applying technological solutions and production and business activities... After researching, Mr. Vinh determined that digital transformation and thorough use of technology is the solution to help businesses improve production and business efficiency. In addition, the company also promoted product promotion and branding on many social networking platforms and its own website to reach more customers. Thanks to that, it helped the company reduce operating costs and devote resources to expanding its scale.
Mr. Thieu Dinh Vinh, Director of Quang Tam Production and Trading Company Limited shared: "Along with the development of e-commerce, customer consumption trends have also changed. Since applying technology and promoting digital transformation in operations, the company's revenue has increased 3-5 times. Compared to 5 years ago, the company has doubled in size with more than 400 agents in the whole province. In the coming time, the company will promote network development to other provinces and cities.
Identifying digital economic development as one of the three pillars of the digital transformation program, in order to continue implementing the Program to support small and medium-sized enterprises in digital transformation, the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province has issued Decision No. 752/QD-UBND assigning the task of supporting small and medium-sized enterprises using the central budget in Thanh Hoa province in 2024, including implementing technology support and supporting small and medium-sized enterprises in innovative startups. To implement policies and tasks to support enterprises in 2024, the People's Committee of the province has issued Official Dispatch No. 3877/UBND-THKH, dated March 22, 2024 to urge and direct units to implement. Up to now, 100% of enterprises have accessed and applied digital platforms in production and business activities. The rate of digital transformation enterprises out of the total number of enterprises generating tax reached 29.65%, an increase of 3.85% over the same period in 2023. Many enterprises have successfully transformed digitally thanks to the application of appropriate digital platforms, thereby improving production and business efficiency, increasing labor productivity, improving competitiveness and contributing to the growth of total product in the province.
However, besides the achieved results, the implementation of digital transformation in enterprises in Thanh Hoa still faces many difficulties and obstacles, such as awareness issues, obstacles in technology infrastructure, difficulties in investment capital, lack of technology solutions suitable to the needs... In addition, there are still enterprises that follow the trend of digital transformation, applying digital transformation solutions that are not really suitable and have not brought practical results.
Thanh Hoa strives to have 40% of enterprises digitally transformed out of the total number of enterprises generating tax by the end of 2024. To achieve the set goal, in addition to the support solutions of the People's Committee, Thanh Hoa province is focusing on promoting the digitalization of economic sectors such as construction, business operations in industrial parks, export processing zones, etc.; encouraging enterprises to proactively grasp new technologies and opportunities to move towards smart production and business through modern technology solutions, applying artificial intelligence towards digital transformation, green transformation on a large and synchronous scale.
