The report at the conference stated: In 2024, the Fatherland Front at all levels and its member organizations closely followed the grassroots, grasped the people's situation, promptly reflected, proposed solutions suitable for the Front's work in the new situation, effectively implemented the proposed coordinated action program and achieved positive results. Information and propaganda work continued to be innovative, diverse, and rich in content and form. Campaigns and patriotic emulation movements were deployed with many new and creative ways, oriented towards the grassroots, promoting the self-management role of the people and the leading role of the Fatherland Front.

The work of mobilizing and caring for the poor and people in difficult circumstances has mobilized the highest resources ever, reaching more than 226.5 billion VND. From the "For the Poor" Fund, together with the participation and support of collectives, individuals, the business community, philanthropists, and people of all walks of life in the province, 2,896 Great Solidarity houses have been built and repaired, worth more than 157 billion VND. Implementing Directive No. 22-CT/TU of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on supporting the construction of houses for poor households, policy households, and households with housing difficulties in the province in the two years 2024 - 2025, up to now, the whole province has started to build and repair 3,697 houses.

The work of participating in Party and government building, supervision and social criticism has focused on directing innovation and improving the quality and effectiveness of supervision and criticism activities. The Fronts at all levels in the province have organized 1,238 independent supervisions, criticisms, and comments on 453 draft mechanisms, policies, programs, and projects. The consolidation and innovation of the content and methods of operation of the Fatherland Front at all levels; training, education, and fostering to improve skills and expertise for the staff of the Fatherland Front at all levels have been well implemented. The work of directing, guiding, and organizing the Congresses of the Fatherland Front at all levels for the 2024-2029 term has been implemented methodically and promptly, ensuring the correct time, progress, procedures, and regulations. The work of fostering and training to improve professional skills for cadres has been focused on. During the year, the Fatherland Front at all levels organized 173 training courses for more than 20,439 cadres to participate.

Propagating, disseminating and implementing the Resolutions of the Fatherland Front Congresses at all levels and the 10th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term 2024 - 2029. Guiding the Fatherland Front Committees at all levels to deploy tasks within their functions and duties in the preparation and organization of Party Congresses at all levels and the 14th National Congress of the Party.

Focus on propaganda and implementation of campaigns and emulation movements, focusing on the Campaign to support housing construction for poor households, policy households, and households with housing difficulties in the province in the two years of 2024 - 2025 in accordance with Directive No. 22-CT/TU of the Provincial Party Standing Committee. The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council also suggested: From 2025, the Fatherland Front at all levels must be proactive in advising and organizing the implementation of steps to prepare for the election of National Assembly deputies and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026-2031 term in accordance with the provisions of law; continue to effectively implement Directive No. 22 and Directive No. 24 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, and at the same time have new suitable movements to meet the practical requirements of the locality, thereby advising the province to evaluate, summarize and replicate.

The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thanh Hoa province awarded the Excellent Emulation Flag to 3 leading units in the emulation movement; awarded Certificates of Merit to 89 collectives and 44 individuals with outstanding achievements in the work of the Front in 2024.
