Today (November 25), VietNamNet source reported that the Standing Committee of Tan Phu District Party Committee, Dong Nai decided to expel Mr. Phan Thanh Quang, Vice Chairman of Phu Lam Commune People's Committee, from the Party.

Specifically, during his tenure, Mr. Quang took advantage of his position and authority to receive money and land certificates from people and help complete procedures related to land.

To legalize the documents, Mr. Quang signed and got the copy certified by the judicial officer - civil status officer of the commune to legalize the documents.

This is not in accordance with the procedure for receiving and processing people's applications.

Besides, he also received money from people to buy health insurance but did not implement it, making many people angry.

The District Party Committee's Inspection Committee determined that Mr. Phan Thanh Quang's behavior violated the exemplary responsibility of party members and officials.

Mr. Quang's violations caused bad public opinion and anger among cadres, party members and people, damaging the reputation of himself and the Party organization, agency and unit where the party member lives and works.
