The music market welcomes the new year 2025 with greater diversity and color, thanks to the rise of Gen Z artists and new rappers.

Gen Z colors will be the dominant theme on stage during performances welcoming the new year 2025.

Catering to tastes, touching hearts.

The New Year's festival "City Tết Fest - Thủ Đức 2025" will take place from December 28, 2024 to January 1, 2025 at Saigon Riverfront Park (Thủ Đức City, Ho Chi Minh City). It includes a series of cultural, entertainment, art, culinary , shopping, and unique games activities throughout the 5 days, with highlights such as "Loud Xao Music Night," the Countdown music festival, the multimedia exhibition "See Your Tết Sound," the visual performance "Diversity in Chaos," continuous hip hop performances "Đối South," and the international hip hop competition "Open Your Mind Vietnam,"... promising to bring many surprising experiences to viewers.

Even a humorous debt-collecting song, "Be Self-Aware," became a sensation during Tet – not only talking about money debts, but also about promises, tasks, appointments, and the lack of care and attention owed to each other.

And this year, spring songs with free and unrestrained content, closely reflecting the current social situation, continue to be the dominant style of the 2025 spring music market. Spring as told through the eyes of "Musique De Salon"

The "Musique De Salon - A Toast to Celebration" concert, recently held at the Army Theater in Ho Chi Minh City, evoked many emotions. Each song in the program resonated with audiences of all generations. Songs that evoked the youth of middle-aged audiences were melodies associated with the childhood of previous generations. All were presented in a very fresh and innovative way.

"Musique De Salon - A Toast to Spring" begins with gentle melodies celebrating spring, allowing the audience to easily leave behind the hustle and bustle of life outside the concert hall. After a few anecdotes, the composer introduces melancholic, nostalgic songs. As listeners immerse themselves in memories, they are then "invited" to continue their journey with a more joyful piece of music. The beauty of "Musique De Salon" lies in its ability to gently guide the audience through various emotional states, neither overwhelmingly melancholic nor excessively exhilarating. Spring, as told through "Musique De Salon," is multifaceted, gentle, and comforting to the heart.

The "Toasting Night" concert in Ho Chi Minh City brought together artists such as Trong Bac and Lan Nha – two beloved singers, "the muse of French music" Thuy Dung, Vietnam Idol winner Ha An Huy, and most notably, the return of the renowned singer Huong Lan. During the program, Huong Lan and the audience reminisced about the past with classic songs like "Sa Muong Giong" and "Mua Xuan Cua Me"…

Following its appearance in Ho Chi Minh City, "Musique De Salon - A Toast to Celebration" will be in Hanoi on December 28th, featuring singers Cam Van and Trung Quan, further increasing audience anticipation.

Instead of creating a program full of lively spring music, composer Duc Tri chose to "explore" every corner of the human soul during the spring season through "Musique De Salon - A Toast to the New Year".
