Musician Duc Phu won the B prize of the Literature, Arts and Journalism Award on the topic of Armed Forces and Revolutionary War.

Over the past 5 years, there have been 3,463 entries in the following categories: Literature, music, dance, theater, cinema, fine arts, photography, journalism... The General Department of Politics has selected and invited prestigious cultural managers, artists, and journalists inside and outside the Army to participate in 8 specialized councils to help the Steering Committee evaluate and select outstanding entries for the award.

Musician Duc Phu received the B prize of the Literature, Arts and Journalism Award on the topic of Armed Forces and Revolutionary War for the period 2020 - 2025 at the award ceremony.

According to the Organizing Committee’s assessment, the works created in the recent period have shown the authors’ feelings, enthusiasm, responsibility and talent with the theme “Armed Forces and Revolutionary War”. These are bright and warm photos and paintings of the army and people in many areas; literary works, articles, stage plays, dance works with many touching and affectionate stories about the solidarity between the army and people, overcoming difficulties, fighting, sacrificing in the past and believing in the future in the new revolutionary period…

At the award ceremony, the Organizing Committee awarded 208 outstanding works; including 30 A prizes, 43 B prizes, 59 C prizes, 76 Encouragement prizes for authors and groups of authors with outstanding works on the topic of Armed Forces and revolutionary war in the period 2020 - 2025.

Musician Duc Phu (Chung Huu Phu), Deputy Director of Tien Giang Provincial Cultural Center, excellently won the B prize with the work: Choir "Dien Bien - Truong Son, the immortal epic".
