In 2024, the rate of early and timely settlement of records by the City People's Committee reached 99.68%, late by 0.32%; by the Commune People's Committee was 99.86%, late by 0.14%. The rate of receiving online records by the city reached 66.42%; by the Commune People's Committee was 89.93%, both exceeding the target assigned by the Provincial People's Committee. The rate of online payment records reached 46.61%. In 2025, the city will continue to promote administrative reform propaganda, focusing on guiding online application submission, online payment, and implementation of administrative procedures through public postal services; continue to strictly implement the one-stop, one-stop mechanism in receiving and handling administrative procedures; enhance the application of information technology in handling work. The city will also continue to reorganize the apparatus in association with streamlining the payroll; reorganize and perfect the team of commune-level cadres and civil servants; enhance the responsibility of leaders in administrative reform work; tighten discipline and public service discipline; deploy solutions to improve the administrative reform index and satisfaction index, contributing to improving assessment indicators at the provincial level.
