Young designer Thach Linh introduces spring collection at Hoa Lu Ancient Town

In a special art program held in Hoa Lu Ancient Town (Ninh Binh) to celebrate the New Year 2024 and towards the 10th anniversary of Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex being recognized by UNESCO as a World Cultural and Natural Heritage, young designer Thach Linh introduced to the public unique fashion collections to welcome spring.

The two fashion collections that Thach Linh brought to the show were "Spring Time" and "Spring Time".

The "Spring" collection includes simple ao dai dresses that are still elegant and graceful, and are especially suitable for Tet holidays with bright, vibrant colors.

The designs use the main materials of high-quality silk, Korean silk, silkworm silk, and organic silk, decorated with motifs bearing typical images of Ninh Binh culture and landscapes such as Trang An, Bai Dinh Pagoda, Hoa Lu Ancient Town, etc.

Through this collection, designer Thach Linh hopes to spread the love of Ao Dai widely on the most special holiday of the year - Lunar New Year, conveying wishes for reunion, fertility and development.

The "Giao Xuan" collection includes innovative designs that flatter the wearer's figure, are luxurious and have a fashion feel, inspired by the green color of pine trees.

Designer Thach Linh shared that anyone who has ever been to Hoa Lu Ancient Town, Ninh Binh, will surely be impressed by the rows of green pine trees surrounding it. No matter how hot or cold the weather is, the pine trees still stand majestically, maintaining a strong appearance, carrying an eternal green color of hope, as a symbol of luck and happiness.

"2023 is a year of many fluctuations, the economy is affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, many heartbreaking things have happened in the beloved land of Vietnam. I hope to be able to send hopes for a bright future, for happiness to everyone through the language of fashion" - designer Thach Linh expressed.

Thach Linh's spring fashion collection is worn by many famous models and beauty queens such as Miss Huynh Thi Thanh Thuy, Miss Le Hoang Phuong, Miss Nong Thuy Hang, Runner-up Nguyen Le Ngoc Thao...

On the catwalk staged in the middle of Ky Lan Lake, next to Ky Lan Son Tu (Silver Pagoda) in the space of Hoa Lu Ancient Town, the models brought an impressive spring fashion performance. The boats serving the audience to experience a lake tour, watching the performance at close range of the sparkling stage in the fireworks night made the scene even more splendid, beautiful, and pleasing to the eyes of the audience.

"Spring" and "Giao Xuan" are collections in the project to promote Vietnamese culture initiated by designer Thach Linh, aiming to spread the beauty of nature, historical relics and people of each land through the language of fashion, especially the Ao Dai. In which, the designs are all associated with famous landscapes in Vietnam, each province is a collection with its own characteristics.

With designs honoring the ancient capital Hoa Lu - Ninh Binh, designer Thach Linh has impressed with collections bearing strong cultural imprints of other lands such as Hanoi, Tay Ninh , Nghe An, Hai Duong ...

Thach Linh is a familiar performance costume designer for many famous faces such as Hoang Thuy Linh, Hoa Minzy, Dong Nhi, Do Thi Ha, Le Nguyen Bao Ngoc, Nguyen Ha Dieu Thao, Huynh Nguyen Mai Phuong, Nong Thuy Hang, Le Hoang Phuong...

In 2023, Thach Linh made a big splash with the show Tinh Hoa Co Do also in Hoa Lu Ancient Town and Kich Hoa Que Huong in Hai Duong. Besides, she also had the collection Hoa sac non cao performed at the Miss Universe Vietnam 2023 Final and 72 Ao Tu Than and Ao Yem costumes in the Tinh Hoa Bac Bo show at the Miss Grand International 2023 Final.
