On June 17, in Phu Tho, the Z121 Factory's Emulation Congress for Victory in the 2019-2024 period was held with the participation of Lieutenant General Ho Quang Tuan, Director of the General Department of Defense Industry and comrades in the Party Committee and Board of Directors of Z121 Factory.
Imbued with the teachings of President Ho Chi Minh "Emulation is patriotism, patriotism requires emulation and those who emulate are the most patriotic", concretized in resolutions, programs, plans, period 2019-2024, Factory Z121 always actively, proactively organizes and enthusiastically participates in the Emulation Movement to Win and emulation movements, campaigns at all levels and sectors with the positive and proactive spirit of cadres, workers and employees.

From and through emulation, Factory Z121 has continuously developed, with many breakthroughs in carrying out defense and economic production tasks, affirming its leading position among enterprises of the General Department of Defense Industry. In 2023, the production value of the Factory will reach 3,030 billion VND, revenue value will be 3,027 billion VND, average income will be 19.7 million VND/person/month.
Speaking at the Congress, Lieutenant General Ho Quang Tuan hoped that in the coming time, Party committees and commanders at all levels must regularly pay attention to leading and directing the implementation of emulation and reward work and effectively organize the Emulation Movement for Victory, determine the goals and contents of the emulation, actively innovate the content and form, ensure that it is suitable to the unit's situation in each period; focus on implementing key tasks, breakthroughs, overcoming weaknesses and weak points.
In addition, we pay attention to building, fostering, replicating good models, good practices and advanced examples in all fields of work, creating strong motivation for the Factory to excel in production and business, completing well and excellently all assigned tasks, bringing Factory Z121 to sustainable development in the new period.
