Factory Z111 focuses the emulation movement on building a strong and comprehensive unit.

Factory Z111, under the General Department of Defense Industry, is one of the defense industrial establishments with a very important position in the Vietnamese military industry, with the main task of producing and repairing infantry weapons.

In the period of 2019 - 2024, emulation and reward work and the Emulation Movement for Victory have been thoroughly grasped and seriously implemented by Party committees and commanders at all levels in Factory Z111; closely linked with campaigns of the Party, State, Army, emulation movements of mass organizations and patriotic emulation movements in the locality, contributing to the successful implementation of all assigned tasks.

In carrying out the task of defense production, the factory has mastered the technology, researched and designed and successfully put into production many products with high technical requirements, on par with advanced countries in the region and the world. The weapons produced by the factory are widely used in the armed forces, creating trust for users. At the same time, the factory promotes economic production and export; strengthens cooperation with large economic groups at home and abroad.

During this period, the production and business indicators of Factory Z111 always grew highly. In which, total revenue increased by an average of 27.5%/year; defense revenue increased by 40.3%/year; export revenue increased by 25.1%/year; profit increased by 34.5%/year; average income increased by 18.8%/year. Compared to 2019, in 2023, the total revenue of the Factory increased by 72.7%; defense revenue increased by 106.9%; export revenue increased by 114.7%; profit increased by 106.5% and average income increased by 57.8%. In addition, the scientific research and new product development work of the factory was effectively implemented.

Speaking at the Congress, Lieutenant General Ho Quang Tuan praised and congratulated the outstanding achievements of Factory Z111 and the advanced models achieved in the past 5 years. At the same time, he requested the factory to continue to effectively implement the Emulation Movement to Win; strengthen propaganda and education to raise awareness and responsibility for cadres, employees and workers.

"The Emulation Movement for Victory must closely follow the key political tasks of the factory, aiming at emulation goals in implementing defense production tasks, developing the economy and boosting exports. The factory needs to make the most of all available resources to effectively manage and exploit invested production lines. In addition, the factory needs to focus on discovering, nurturing, propagating and replicating advanced models and new factors," Lieutenant General Ho Quang Tuan emphasized.

At the Congress, the Head of the General Department of Defense Industry, the Party Committee, and the Commander of Factory Z111 commended and awarded 7 collectives and 50 individuals with outstanding achievements in the Emulation Movement for Victory in the period 2019-2024.

Promoting the tradition and achievements, in the coming time, the factory will continue to promote research and application of science and technology, improve production capacity, prioritize the development of new, high-quality products. In addition, Factory Z111 determines the focus of the emulation movement on building a strong and comprehensive unit, excellently completing political tasks; creating a new change in production capacity, building key economic products, strategic export products.
