Not only impressing with its iconic architectural form, the Do Theater is also the place to introduce the art program “Dream Puppetry”, an artistic creation combining traditional water puppetry and contemporary puppetry forms, along with modern arrangements of traditional music .

The program “Puppetry Dream” brings a new experience to the audience, contributing to recreating and honoring the traditional cultural values of Vietnam in an artistic language close to the international audience. As of the end of the first quarter of 2025, the program has attracted over 100,000 audiences, with many performances having a maximum capacity of 500 seats.

Along with the attraction of the art program, the impressive architectural design and open space facing the bay are also important factors contributing to making the Theater a popular tourist destination in Nha Trang. According to statistics from the management unit, from the beginning of 2024 to the end of the first quarter of 2025, this project has welcomed more than 500,000 visitors to visit and enjoy the art.

In the strategy of sustainable tourism development, the combination of preserving traditional culture and creating contemporary art is becoming a trend exploited by many tourist destinations. That Theater is a testament to this approach, while contributing to enriching the local cultural and artistic life, creating a distinct highlight for the coastal space of Nha Trang - known as one of the most beautiful bays in the world.
