The series of programs “Cai Luong – Quintessence of Vietnamese Art”, held from 4pm every day, at Chuong Vang Theater, 72 Hang Bac Street of Hanoi Cai Luong Theater in recent days has attracted a large number of viewers.

Here, the audience can admire the installation space called "touch" introducing the royal space, introducing performance tools, creating a connection between the audience and art, between the present and the past, between the dreams of the stage and the audience who love reformed opera. The audience can "touch" the ancient costumes, try holding the sword, the fan, the musical instruments that have woven the soul of Vietnamese amateur music and reformed opera (The musical instruments are the four instruments, including: Dan tranh, Dan Bau, Dan Kim, Dan Nhi). From there, bringing the art of reformed opera closer to the public. In particular, the audience can also watch special reformed opera shows, elaborately staged to recreate reformed opera melodies, excerpts from Vietnamese reformed opera plays, typically performing the excerpt "Ban minh doi cha" in the play Kieu with a duration of 45 minutes.

The excerpt “Selling Myself to Redeem My Father” from the play Kieu has attracted a large number of tourists , especially international visitors. The performance of the excerpt “Selling Myself to Redeem My Father” also has an English narration to help international audiences better understand the character Kieu and the literary work Kieu by poet Nguyen Du.
