Following the success of Hispania London (UK), Hispania Brussels (Belgium), Hispania has just launched in Nha Trang and is the first restaurant of this brand in Asia.
Led by a Michelin-starred chef, Hispania Nha Trang combines the best of Spanish cuisine with fresh Vietnamese ingredients.
Hispania Nha Trang is the first restaurant of the Spanish brand Hispania in Asia.

On the occasion of the launch of Hispania Nha Trang, Gran Melía Nha Trang organizes two special events to affirm its position as the leading destination to enjoy Spanish cuisine and wine.
In particular, the event "Date with Hispania" (Una Cita at Hispania) is an exclusive dinner party with many luxurious dishes that will take place on January 13, 2024 with a limited number of guests. Meanwhile, "Spanish culinary journey" (A Culinary Escapade to Spain) is a program held once on 2 days (January 13 and January 14, 2024) for everyone coming to Gran Melia Nha Trang.
The launch of Hispania Nha Trang attracted the participation of many famous Spanish chefs. Culinary star Marcos Morán, the father of the Hispania brand, who created the menu for the restaurant, will be present at the event.
Marcos Morán is the fifth generation of a family with a long tradition of cooking. Since 1882, the Morán family has maintained the one-Michelin-starred restaurant Casa Gerardo, which he now runs and is renowned for its authentic Asturian cuisine.
Michelin-starred chef Marcos Morán will be at Hispania Nha Trang at the opening event on January 13.
During his career, Marcos has been awarded one Michelin star, three Soles Repsols (Spain's version of Michelin stars) and "future chef" by the International Culinary Academy. He is also the founder of the restaurant Hispania London and the Michelin-starred restaurant Hispania Brussels.
Joining Marcos Morán will be his right-hand man, Adrián Mancheño from Hispania Brussels. Adrián has also worked at some of Spain’s most prestigious restaurants, including Casa Gerardo, Coque Madrid and Celler de Can Roca – a three-star restaurant that was named the best restaurant in the world in 2013 and 2015.
The third chef present at Hispania Nha Trang is Pepe Solla from Michelin restaurant Casa Solla.
According to the Michelin Guide, Pepe Solla is a man whose “hospitality runs in his veins” and is known for his culinary creations inspired by Galician traditions. He is a founding member of the Galician Sommeliers Association (Asociación Gallega de Sumilleres).
Also joining the culinary event is Chef Begoña Rodrigo from Michelin-starred restaurant La Salita. Begoña Rodrigo will showcase the talent and experience she has accumulated working all over the world since starting her career at the age of 19.
Mr. Ernesto Osuna added: "Hispania and the chefs will take diners on an exciting journey of taste through dishes and premium wines from all regions of Spain. Each dish is an impressive stop, containing stories of culture, life and culinary history of each destination. These stories will always be vividly present in our restaurant menu."
Hispania Nha Trang's menu includes signature dishes from both Hispania London and Hispania Brussels restaurants, reflecting the quintessence of Spanish cuisine while at the same time embracing new culinary trends in the Mediterranean. The restaurant's wine collection is selected from the finest Spanish wines with hundreds of years of winemaking tradition. Hispania Nha Trang's new menu for 2024 will be launched at this event.
