In the most difficult distance of 42.195 km for men, Hoang Nguyen Thanh, with his class and experience, distributed his strength appropriately and accelerated at the right time to win. This is the 6th consecutive time that the runner from Binh Phuoc has stepped onto the highest podium of the Tien Phong Marathon.

In the women's 42.195 km distance, there was competition between two runners, Hoang Thi Ngoc Hoa and Le Thi Tuyet. Ngoc Hoa showed her perseverance and resilience when she overcame her opponents to win the championship. The marathon queen from Binh Phuoc showed that she has a great affinity with the Tien Phong Marathon.

In the women's 21 km race, another familiar face on the Vietnamese track and field circuit won, Pham Thi Hong Le. The Binh Dinh-born track and field queen "alone" led the race before winning after 1 hour, 17 minutes and 44 seconds of competition. In the men's 21 km race, Nguyen Trung Cuong overcame competitors such as Ba Van Han and Dao Minh Chi to reach the top of the podium.

Winning the men's 10km race was also a familiar face, Do Quoc Luat. Meanwhile, Vietnam's track queen Nguyen Thi Oanh competed in the women's 5km race and affirmed her strength with her 9th consecutive championship title at the Tien Phong Marathon.
