During this year's Vu Lan season, singer Nguyen Phi Hung released a new version of the traditional song " Mother's Love, Father's Affection, " with lyrics written by Lam Huu Tang based on his own composition.

Nguyen Phi Hung sings with the support of artist Lam Thanh Lap. He is also the main musician for this music video.

Previously, Nguyen Phi Hung also attracted attention when he ventured into traditional Vietnamese music with two songs , "Sorrowful Melodies" and "The Mat Seller's Love."

Dat G conveys a positive message about love through his new EP.

Over a year after "Hula Hula ," on August 17th, Dat G and 88 Music Entertainment returned to the music scene with the EP (Extended Play) "Tha Tim ." Accompanying this EP is a visual art exhibition of the same name, created and launched by him and his team, to best illustrate the story of the EP.

This EP, with its title track "Lift Your Heart, " fully expresses Dat G's emotions and story. It's a ballad nurtured from the dryness of his soul. The second song , "Heart Reborn , " emerges from darkness, with feelings of light and spring sprouting through clear and energetic melodies. The third song, " Tie Your Loving Heart ," serves as a concluding remark , summarizing the series of songs with a color of hope. This is perhaps the gentlest song he has ever composed and performed.

* 36 contestants were selected to participate in the reality TV show Miss Earth Vietnam 2023.

Miss Earth Vietnam 2023 is about to officially enter the stage of selecting 36 potential contestants to embark on the reality TV filming journey. Currently, quite a few contestants are participating, including those living and working abroad who are determined to return to Vietnam to register for the competition.

The live casting round will take place on August 18th, selecting 36 contestants for the Semi-finals. These 36 contestants will participate in 8 episodes of a reality TV show under the guidance of 3 famous coaches: Miss Universe Vietnam 2019 Nguyen Tran Khanh Van, Miss Earth Vietnam 2017 Ha Thu, and International Supermodel 2022 Bui Quynh Hoa. The program will eliminate 4 contestants, leaving 32 contestants to advance to the Grand Finale, scheduled to take place in mid-October 2023.

Miss Grand Vietnam 2023 has reached almost the halfway point.

Vietnam Beauty Fashion Fest 5 was a resounding success. A series of outstanding designs were showcased, featuring three impressive collections from designers Vo Thanh Can ( Catchy Collection) , Ivan Tran ( Rose Thorns Collection) , and Hoang Tony ( Glorious Collection).

The Top 5 Fashion Beauties have been revealed, including: Dang Hoang Tam Nhu, Pham Thi Anh Vuong, Bui Thi Thanh Thuy, Nguyen Ngoc Thanh Ngan, and Bui Thi Thuc Hien.

The first four girls to make it into the Top 5 Best in Swimsuit nominees are: Nguyen Hong Diem, Nguyen Thi Thu Hang, Bui Khanh Linh, and Le Hoang Phuong. The remaining face in the Top 5 Best in Swimsuit will be chosen by audience vote on the competition's voting portal.

The winners of these two competitions will be announced during the Miss Grand Vietnam 2023 Grand Finale on August 27th. The contestant who wins the Best in Swimsuit title will automatically advance to the top 20 in the final competition.
