Regarding the incident of a limousine 'carrying people' on the hood on Thang Long Avenue (Hanoi), the Traffic Police initially determined that the cause of the incident stemmed from a traffic collision leading to a conflict.
On the morning of March 8, a clip was circulated on social media recording the image of a man dressed as a motorbike taxi driver, sitting on the hood of a car moving on Thang Long Avenue (through Me Tri ward, Nam Tu Liem district, Hanoi).
Immediately upon receiving the information, the Traffic Police Department - Hanoi City Police directed Traffic Police Team No. 6 to verify and clarify.
Traffic Police Team No. 6 quickly identified the person involved and invited them to work. At the same time, Traffic Police Team No. 6 coordinated with Me Tri Ward Police to extract camera footage and collect data to serve the investigation.
The police agency clarified: Driver TMC (born in 1993, residing in Van Ho district, Son La province) was the driver of the car with license plate 26B-013.xx. Mr. H., the person sitting on the hood (born in 1973, residing in Cau Giay district), was the driver of the motorbike with license plate 29D1-084.xx.
Through testing, both people did not violate alcohol and drug levels. Initial determination of the cause of the incident stemmed from a traffic collision leading to conflict.
Currently, the Traffic Police Department is coordinating with relevant units to continue verifying and handling the case according to regulations.
