The remaining 22 plots of land have not yet received the first installment of land use fees from customers after the auction results were recognized.

According to regulations, the auction winner must pay 50% of the land use fee as notified within 30 days (first installment) and pay the remaining 50% within 90 days. If the first installment has not been paid, the customer can still pay 100% of the land use fee within 90 days and must pay late payment interest.
