Teacher Bui Tuan Son is honored to become one of the 88 outstanding Team Leaders nationwide in 2024.

To help students love music, Mr. Son flexibly applied teaching methods, regularly organized extracurricular activities, cultural and artistic exchanges so that students could explore creativity, express their confidence, and help the school's artistic movement become more and more exciting. As the General Leader of the Youth Union, he regularly initiated and organized useful and attractive Youth Union movements, contributing to improving the quality of comprehensive education.

According to Mr. Son, to develop the Team movement, first of all, we must attract a large number of students to participate. Therefore, he is always close, understands the psychology, and enthusiastically guides the students like a brother, a close friend. Many activities and movements of the Team are organized effectively, attracting a large number of team members to participate such as: Movements "Small Plan", "Thousand Good Deeds", "Helping Friends Go to School", "Friends Help Friends", "Repaying Gratitude", "The Whole Leaves Cover the Torn Leaves", "Raising Pigs to Encourage Learning"; establishing and maintaining study clubs, clubs based on interests; extracurricular activities to propagate the law, practice life skills... From there, students in the Team know how to love, help, share and always actively participate in Team movements and activities; achieving many outstanding achievements in studying; Team work and children's movements.

Teacher Son shared: The teacher in charge of the Youth Union plays an important role in educating students' qualities. Managing and organizing the Youth Union's activities requires me to always strive to improve my professional skills every day; innovate thinking and be creative in organizing the Youth Union's activities. From there, create excitement for students, help them participate actively and enthusiastically; create a healthy and beneficial environment for them to strive to become good children and good students, good Youth Union members and good children of Uncle Ho.

Always striving to complete his tasks excellently, enthusiastically and passionately in organizing and participating in movement activities; constantly improving his expertise and skills, teacher Bui Tuan Son has received many Certificates of Merit from the Central Youth Union and the Provincial Youth Union. In particular, in 2024, teacher Bui Tuan Son was honored to be one of the 88 outstanding Team Leaders nationwide with many contributions to the work of the Team and the children's movement; the work of protecting, caring for and educating children.
