What should people with a history of allergies do when they have to take medication?

Signs of anaphylactic shock include: itchy skin rash, hoarseness, difficulty breathing, wheezing, chest tightness, abdominal pain, vomiting... people need to go to the nearest medical facility for emergency care.

Doctors recommend that when sick, people should go to a medical facility for examination and advice on medication appropriate to their health condition. They should not take medication at home without being examined.
