Today (June 25), Deputy Minister of Transport Le Anh Tuan and his delegation inspected the entire route from the National Highway 46B intersection, Hung Tay commune (Hung Nguyen district, Nghe An province) to the end of the project, the National Highway 8A intersection, Thanh Binh Thinh commune (Duc Tho district, Ha Tinh province), part of the Dien Chau - Bai Vot expressway project.
In fact, the construction of the main route has been basically completed, and contractors are focusing on constructing the remaining signs, median strips, anti-glare nets, street light poles and many other sub-items.
Deputy Minister Le Anh Tuan highly appreciated the efforts of investors, project enterprises, construction units, supervision consultants, etc.
The Deputy Minister requested that agencies and units commend workers and laborers who have “sweat and shed tears” day and night to stick to the road and bridge to complete the Dien Chau – Bai Vot expressway project on schedule, especially during the recent scorching hot days in Nghe An and Ha Tinh. At the same time, he also requested construction units to focus on reinforcing and completing the road slope to avoid landslides as the rainy season approaches.
Mr. Nguyen Quoc Viet, General Director of Phuc Thanh Hung Joint Stock Company (project enterprise) said that as of the morning of June 25, the remaining 19km section of the main route had been paved. The joint venture of investors, project enterprises and construction units have focused all resources; directed and organized the construction scientifically, in accordance with reality to complete each part of the work.
“In recent days, Nghe An and Ha Tinh have experienced many severe heat waves. However, hundreds of workers are still working tirelessly at the construction site, working non-stop. Some construction work continues at night to ensure progress. Along with progress, the quality of the project is always given top priority,” Mr. Viet informed.
