On the evening of December 22nd, a large number of locals and tourists flocked to the area around the Cathedral to celebrate and take early Christmas photos.

Outside the Cathedral, a dazzling and colorful Christmas tree, 16 meters tall, is adorned with familiar items such as snowflakes, stars, lights, tinsel, etc., combined with a nativity scene depicting the birth of Jesus.

Bich Ngoc (the person holding the phone - Hoan Kiem district, Hanoi) said: "Today, we decided to go to the Grand Cathedral to visit, take pictures, and immerse ourselves in the Christmas atmosphere."

Around 8 PM, the roads leading to the Cathedral were very crowded.

Ms. Nguyen Binh and her son took advantage of the evening to stroll around the area near the Grand Cathedral to enjoy the festive atmosphere. "Every year, around this time, whenever I have free time, I come to this area to admire the sparkling lights and the unique architecture of the Cathedral," Ms. Binh added.

"This is my first time going out at night in Hanoi, and I find the Christmas atmosphere at the churches in the capital very enchanting and warm," shared Ngoc Linh (Tu Ky, Hai Duong ).

These nights, the temperature in Hanoi is only 10-13 degrees Celsius, but that doesn't dampen the joy of young people as they dress up, head out, and join the crowds celebrating Christmas early.

In the Hang Ma street area, from around 8 PM onwards, many people flock there to choose Christmas items or find spots to take photos for social media during the Christmas season.

Locals and tourists will be immersed in a vibrant atmosphere filled with hundreds of colorful Christmas decorations at a wide range of prices.

The 'muses' enjoy taking photos next to the pine trees.

Everyone wants to have a beautiful photo for the upcoming Christmas season.

"My friends and I bought Christmas accessories on Hang Ma Street to take photos and enjoy the festive atmosphere," said Duc Tri.

The streets were crowded, with some families bringing their young children along to celebrate Christmas early.

Foreign visitors also quickly find products such as Christmas hats and reindeer headbands to blend in with the Christmas atmosphere in the capital.

As evening approaches, Hang Ma Street becomes increasingly bustling with more and more people, occasionally experiencing minor traffic congestion.
