Pham Manh Khoi said that at that time, seeing an adult riding a motorbike being swept away by the water and falling into a sewer, the children ran to help, bringing the person and the motorbike to safety.
This afternoon (September 22), speaking with VietNamNet , Mr. Le Khac Thuc - Principal of Tan Ky High School (Nghe An) said that the school recognized the actions of 4 students helping others on a day of heavy rain and flooded roads.
Faced with the above action that touched and respected many people, Tan Ky High School posted information and expressed pride in the students.
