After receiving the 24 million yuan (84 billion VND) prize, Mr. Hoang donated 100,000 yuan (350 million VND) to the Anhui Provincial Charity Federation. He said he would use the remaining money to improve his family's living conditions. "We plan to buy a better house."

A man surnamed Huang, who lives in Hefei City, Anhui Province, said he bought a 10 yuan (US$1.50) lottery ticket with numbers that combined the birth dates of his family members. Unexpectedly, this time, "luck" smiled on him.
On the day he received his prize, Hoang revealed his habit of buying lottery tickets for more than ten years. However, he always knows how to be frugal, not spending more than 20 yuan (more than 70,000 VND) on lottery tickets.
"When I first started playing, I liked to use random numbers. One day, I read a story about a person who won the lottery by using a combination of numbers from the birth dates of family members. Since 2017, I decided to do the same and have kept the same number series for the past 7 years. I never thought I would actually win the lottery!", he shared.
