Man proposes to girlfriend 30 years younger after meeting 24 hours

Mr. Ed Brown (59 years old) living in the US proposed to Ms. Porscha Raemond (29 years old) after only 24 hours of meeting.

Brown said it was “love at first sight.” He met Raemond at a sandwich shop event in Florida on September 14.

"I was holding sandwiches with fireworks when a beautiful woman walked in. Her name was Porscha. She was the girl of my dreams," he said.

Just one day after meeting, Brown asked Raemond out for dinner and he decided to propose. He hadn't had time to buy a ring yet, so he used a paper clip from the restaurant as a ring and gave it to his girlfriend.

"I knelt down and everyone around became noisy. I told her that I thought I had met the right person and I wanted to marry her. We hugged and kissed after she said yes," he shared.

Brown insists this is serious. "For me, this is serious. My heart can't wait," he said.

The couple are preparing for their engagement. Brown has a daughter with his ex-wife, whom he divorced in 1992. After the divorce, he dated several times and even got engaged, but has never married again.

He suffers from Klippel-Feil syndrome, a condition that causes a short neck and a larger chest than normal. After many obstacles in love, he seems to have found new hope with Porscha Raemond, a girlfriend 30 years his junior.
