The incident caused traffic chaos and congestion in the area. The victim's motorbike was left lying in the middle of the road.

Through verification, the incident occurred in front of 248 To Ky, Tan Chanh Hiep Ward, District 12 (HCMC), on the evening of January 16. The initial cause of the incident was determined to be a traffic collision between the two parties.

"Recently, the authorities have handled many traffic collisions that led to scuffles, temporarily detained more than 10 people for disturbing public order, intentionally causing injury, and destroying property. Many people have not grasped the information, but still repeat uncivilized acts on the road," said Nguyen Bao (28 years old, living in Hoc Mon district).

Regarding the incident, Tan Chanh Hiep Ward Police and District 12 Police have learned of the assault and are investigating and clarifying the matter.
