People receive pensions earlier than usual

The Social Insurance of Binh Phuoc province has just sent a document to the Provincial Post Office, Social Insurance of districts, towns, and Social Insurance professional departments regarding the payment of pensions and social insurance benefits for May 2025. Accordingly, the Provincial Post Office is requested to coordinate in developing a plan to pay monthly pensions and social insurance benefits in cash for May 2025 to beneficiaries from April 25 to 28, 2025 at payment points and communicate to beneficiaries before the payment schedule. At the same time, the Post Offices of districts, towns, and cities are directed to fully prepare the conditions before the pension and social insurance benefits payment schedule takes place.

The provincial Social Insurance will transfer monthly pension and social insurance allowance payments to the beneficiaries' personal accounts on April 25, 2025.

Binh Phuoc province currently has about 18 thousand people receiving monthly pensions and social insurance benefits. Therefore, Binh Phuoc Social Insurance informs pensioners and monthly social insurance benefits to be aware and proactive in receiving pensions and social insurance benefits fully, promptly and in accordance with regulations.

Previously, in order to create conditions for people and workers to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day, while implementing social security policies and stimulating consumption, the Prime Minister issued an official dispatch directing the Ministry of Finance and Vietnam Social Security to resolve and pay social insurance and unemployment insurance regimes; pay pensions and social insurance benefits for May 2025 from April 24 to 28, 2025. The Prime Minister requested the Vietnam Social Security sector to ensure that the resolution and payment of social insurance and unemployment insurance regimes are carried out fully, promptly and in accordance with regulations for beneficiaries.

Currently, there are nearly 3.4 million people nationwide receiving monthly pensions and social insurance benefits. Previously, according to tradition, monthly pension and social insurance benefits were paid from the 2nd to the 10th of the month.
