People support police in arresting dangerous subjects in Dak Lak

On the afternoon of June 13, information from local leaders said that in the incident that occurred in Ea Tieu and Ea Ktur communes of Cu Kuin district in the early morning of June 11, many local people from the initial stage proactively supported the forces in tracking down and arresting dangerous subjects.

As reported by VietNamNet, in the early morning of June 11, a group of people armed with various guns, knives, etc. attacked the headquarters of Ea Tieu and Ea Ktur communes, killing 4 commune police officers and 2 commune officials, 3 civilians, and seriously injuring 2 commune police officers. After that, the dangerous subjects fled.

Immediately after the incident, local people actively coordinated with the authorities to search for and arrest dangerous subjects hiding in fields and on roads.

Some people were discovered, arrested and handed over to the police.

Because it was determined that the group of perpetrators had dangerous weapons such as guns, knives, etc., the main force organizing the search and arrest of these subjects was a fully equipped armed force.

The police have warned the people that the subjects are equipped with weapons and dangerous weapons. Therefore, the authorities ask the people in Cu Kuin district and surrounding areas to actively participate in denouncing crimes and providing accurate information to help the authorities in capturing the perpetrators.

Currently, the Mobile Police (CSCĐ) of the Ministry of Public Security, the CSCĐ of Dak Lak Provincial Police and the Special Forces of Military Region 5 (Ministry of National Defense) are fully equipped with a team of trained dogs to search and capture the remaining dangerous subjects.

The remaining dangerous subjects were identified as having fled far from residential areas, into fields and mountainous areas.

According to official information from the Ministry of Public Security, as of the evening of June 13, the authorities had arrested a total of 45 perpetrators, with two subjects proactively surrendering on the night of June 12.

Currently, the situation in Cu Kuin district has stabilized, and the crime scene investigation is being carried out.
