This morning, September 14, Politburo member, Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Bui Thi Minh Hoai and city leaders joined the people in the general environmental sanitation (VSMT) campaign, responding to the launching ceremony of the entire population to participate in the general environmental sanitation campaign to overcome the consequences of storm No. 3.
