On June 10th, the Dong Thanh Commune Police handed over 11 individuals along with related evidence to the Hoc Mon District Police (Ho Chi Minh City) for investigation and handling according to their jurisdiction.

Earlier, this group of 11 people went to a house in an alley off Nguyen Thi Pha Street, Dong Thanh Commune, and broke the lock. Seeing this, the residents called the police to handle the situation.

According to initial information, on the afternoon of June 9th, a group of more than 10 people (allegedly carrying weapons) arrived at an alley on Nguyen Thi Pha Street, Hamlet 6, Dong Thanh Commune, Hoc Mon District.
One man in the group then used a tool to break the lock on the house door and went inside. The man picked up a piece of wood and smashed the camera installed in the house. He then went out and locked the house door with another lock. The entire incident was recorded by the security camera.
After breaking the lock, the group used another padlock they brought with them to lock the house door.
Following a tip-off from residents, the Dong Thanh Commune Police (Hoc Mon District) arrived at the scene. Upon seeing the authorities, some people immediately left. The police took 11 people to the station for questioning.
At noon on June 10th, Mr. NTT (37 years old) stated that his family owns the house. The house had been rented to a couple for nearly two years. The couple returned the house more than a month ago and their whereabouts are unknown.

"I showed them my house ownership documents to prove it was my house, but they kept coming and it led to the incident. The damage they caused to my house is worth about 2 million VND," Mr. T. said.
