If there is a violation notice, people need to go to the violation handling headquarters of the units under the Traffic Police Department where they have permanent residence to resolve the issue. To avoid overloading the functional forces and traveling far, the department recommends that drivers should not go to the place where the violation was discovered in another locality to handle it.

The recommendation was issued based on the current situation where people gather at the violation handling headquarters of the units under the Traffic Police Department, where violations are detected, very crowded, some places are overloaded causing long waits.

Previously, on April 7, the Traffic Police Department established a communication channel at Phonghdttksgtdb.csgt@gmail.com to support people and businesses in resolving and handling administrative violations in the field of road traffic safety and order and to limit people having to travel many times.

After two weeks of operation, the mailbox has received more than 800 complaints from citizens. For complaints with complete information, the Traffic Police Department has supported the fastest and most convenient resolution for citizens.

Previously, the handling of fines was done at the district police and the Traffic Police Department where the violation was detected or where the violation was located. However, after the district police were no longer present, the handling of violations was transferred to the Traffic Police Department.
