On April 3, at Lac Long Quan Temple - Mui Ca Mau Tourist Area, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Ca Mau in coordination with the People's Committee of Ngoc Hien District organized a ceremony to pay respect and offer incense to the National Ancestor Lac Long Quan. The ceremony took place in a solemn and respectful atmosphere, demonstrating the Vietnamese people's morality of remembering the source of water.
The delegation of Ca Mau province leaders along with a large number of officials, people and tourists moved to the temple area of the National Ancestor Lac Long Quan.

In a solemn atmosphere, delegates respectfully offered incense, flowers and gifts to the National Founder, expressing deep gratitude for his contributions to building the country and laying a solid foundation for the Vietnamese people.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Pham Thanh Ngai, Chairman of the People's Committee of Ca Mau province, emphasized: "The Lac Long Quan Temple and the statue of Mother Au Co are not only spiritual symbols but also spiritual supports for today's and future generations, continuing the tradition of building and defending the country, protecting the sacred sovereignty of the sea and islands of the Fatherland".

Early in the morning of the same day, at Nam Can Town, Nam Can District (Ca Mau), Mr. Nguyen Ho Hai, Secretary of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee, and provincial leaders visited and offered incense at the memorial house to record the names of the Hon Khoai uprising martyrs. The uprising took place on December 13, 1940, associated with the name of martyr, teacher, journalist, Hero of the People's Armed Forces Phan Ngoc Hien. The uprising became a milestone in the history of the struggle for national liberation of the Party Committee, government, people and army of Ca Mau. Proud of the Hon Khoai uprising, the southernmost land of the Fatherland has chosen the uprising day of December 13 as the traditional revolutionary day of the province.
