Quoc Viet will wear the HAGL shirt from the 2022 season, after many years of training in youth tournaments such as U.17, U.19 or U.21 Nutifood Football Academy.

After 5 top scorer titles won at youth levels, Quoc Viet became the first Vietnamese player in 9 years to win the top scorer title of the 2022 Southeast Asian U.19 tournament with 5 goals, helping U.19 Vietnam finish third overall. He was highly appreciated by Nutifood coach Guillaume Graechen for his professional ability and ability to "hear" goals.

In HAGL's shirt, Quoc Viet played 40 matches, including 17 starting matches after 3 seasons in the V-League. The striker born in 2003 scored 2 goals. This season, Quoc Viet has played 4 matches with a total time of 198 minutes. The 21-year-old player's performance convinced coach Kim Sang-sik to give him a place in the national team.

Currently, Quoc Viet is training with the Vietnamese team towards the friendly matches in October. This afternoon, the whole team will compete internally with Nam Dinh Club. On October 12, the Vietnamese team will face India at Thien Truong Stadium.
