In addition, Mr. Cong was also accused of leaking graduate school entrance exam questions and using research funds for personal purposes such as eating and entertainment. To strengthen the accusation, student Truong compiled a 100-page document, clearly dividing the accusations, including Mr. Cong's personal information, his behavior of seducing male students, financial violations and citing evidence from relevant legal regulations.
That same night, the school immediately set up a special task force to conduct an investigation. By noon on April 20, the preliminary investigation results confirmed that the allegations were well-founded. The school took strict measures: dismissed all administrative positions, stripped of the professor title, revoked his status as a graduate student supervisor, and terminated his labor contract. At the same time, the school also recommended that theeducation authority revoke his teaching license.
