Acceptance of Vietnam Point of Sale

Việt NamViệt Nam27/10/2023

Department of Industry and Trade inspected Vietnamese Point of Sale in Long Chu commune (Ben Cau district).

Participating in the Vietnam point of sale model, households selling groceries will be supported by the Department of Industry and Trade with shelves, display cabinets, product racks, and signs. Here, domestically produced products with clear origins will be displayed for sale, ensuring food hygiene and safety, thereby contributing to protecting consumer rights.

According to the plan, from 2022 to 2025, the Department of Industry and Trade will implement 9 Vietnamese sales points in remote areas. In 2023 alone, the Department will implement 2 points in Thanh Bac commune, Tan Bien district and Long Chu commune, Ben Cau district.

This is one of the important channels in distributing and bringing Vietnamese goods directly to consumers, developing the domestic market with a fixed and sustainable Vietnamese goods distribution system to contribute to promoting production, business and consumption of Vietnamese goods.
