Acceptance of the project "Support for the application of advanced machinery and equipment in bird's nest production"

Tra Vinh Province's Center for Industrial Promotion and Trade Promotion invested in 02 machines: a 100L sterilizer and a capping machine, with a total investment of 81.4 million VND; of which, the local Industrial Promotion fund in 2025 supported 40 million VND, the remaining was contributed by Mr. Tang Thanh Phuoc's business household. This is the 6th/15th Project of 2025 that has been accepted.

Investing in a 100L autoclave and capping machine helps Mr. Tang Thanh Phuoc's business gradually take the initiative in production time, product quality and output; saving time and labor, contributing to the economic restructuring of the province's processing industry.

Mr. Tang Thanh Phuoc, owner of Kim Yen Bird's Nest World business (a product that achieved OCOP 03 stars in 2023) said: to create a complete bird's nest product, the facility must go through many stages: soaking raw bird's nest in water, picking out impurities... mainly by hand.

This new equipment will help increase productivity, reduce labor costs, expand scale, improve capacity, and contribute to local economic development. At the same time, ensure food hygiene and safety; increase product preservation time and competitiveness in the market.
