As part of a series of activities to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025), a special art program called The Country Full of Joy, bringing together more than 1,000 artists, took place on the evening of April 20 at Thong Nhat Hall, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
With 22 musical and dance works, content related to historical periods of the Vietnamese people, the program honors the achievements of our ancestors, arouses national pride and the desire for peace.
The performance "Singing about rice plants today" was performed by People's Artist Thuy Linh, People's Artist Tu Long and a group of talented people in the program "Brother overcoming thousands of obstacles".

Chapter 2 - The aspiration to rise up demonstrates the spirit of unity and solidarity in implementing comprehensive innovation; joining hands to build and protect the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in the era of independence and development. Chapter 3 - Aspiration for power with proud melodies, melodies of a peaceful and innovative country, melodies carrying the ambitions of the entire nation in the new era such as the medley For the people, forgetting oneself - Truong Sa military song, Young city, Melody of the Fatherland...
The program highlights the leadership role of the Party, President Ho Chi Minh, the brave fighting spirit of our army and people, and the image of Uncle Ho's soldiers in the historic Ho Chi Minh campaign. Thereby, it arouses patriotism, national pride and the desire to develop the country in the new era.
The program was directed by the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025).
