The Korean artist troupe from the Gyeonggi Traditional Music Association had two performances at Duyet Thi Duong within the framework of the 2024 Winter Hue Festival.
On the evening of November 22, at Duyet Thi Duong, the oldest theater in Vietnam in the Imperial City, the Nguyen Dynasty Royal Palace in Hue, Korean artists from the Gyeonggi Traditional Music Association performed the program Dance of Time.
The program is a unique combination of Korean dance and royal court dance of Hue Royal Traditional Arts Theater, bringing a diverse cultural experience to the audience.

With the program Peace of Mind Song, here is an activity within the framework of the 2024 Winter Hue Festival and to celebrate Vietnam Cultural Heritage Day on November 23.

Korean artists brought unique traditional folk dance and singing performances of Korean intangible cultural heritage such as: Thai Binh dance - Tae Pyung Mu, traditional folk dance and music Salmunori... The "Sarang-ga" dance performances tell about the sweet but passionate love of couples.

Folk songs from the Gyeonggi region such as Noraetgarak, Cheongchunga, Changbu Taryeong or Seodo Minyo folk songs brought special and interesting emotions to the audience.

The audience also had the opportunity to enjoy dance performances based on traditional Gyeong-seodo folk songs with cheerful melodies and encouraging working spirit.

Gyeonggi Traditional Music Association (Korea) was established in March 1957, aiming to preserve and develop traditional music in Gyeonggi province; educate young people to preserve traditional culture, strengthen solidarity of artists, exchange domestic and international art performances to promote traditional culture of Gyeonggi - Korea.
