* From September 7-9, in Huzhou city, Zhejiang province, China, within the framework of the visit and working with Chinese enterprises and investors, the Nghe An provincial delegation held a seminar to promote investment in the province.
Comrade Bui Thanh An - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the delegation chaired the seminar. Participating in the seminar were enterprises from Zhejiang province.
Speaking at the seminar, Comrade Bui Thanh An - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee said that in the context of complicated developments in the world economy, Nghe An is still an attractive destination for foreign investors with 129 investment projects from 14 countries/territories with a total registered investment capital of nearly 3.7 billion USD. Of which, Hong Kong, China ranks first in the number of projects and investment capital in Nghe An province with 38 projects and a total registered investment capital of nearly 2 billion USD.
* Nghe An builds new operating budget levels for commune-level socio-political organizations and mass mobilization groups in hamlets, blocks, and villages.
Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee proposed a fixed operating budget for the Fatherland Front of the commune; the commune-level socio-political organizations are: Veterans Association, Women's Union, Farmers' Association, Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.
The operating budget for the People's Mobilization Group in hamlets and villages is also specified in detail by the Provincial People's Committee.
*On September 8, the Food Safety Steering Committee of Nghe An province issued Document No. 2834/BCĐ-SYT on strengthening food safety assurance during the Mid-Autumn Festival in 2023. The Food Safety Steering Committee of Nghe An province requested departments, branches, sectors; provincial-level mass organizations; People's Committees of districts, towns and Vinh city to direct functional departments and relevant agencies and units to continue to effectively implement Directive No. 17-CT/TW dated October 21, 2022 of the Secretariat; Directive 17/CT-TTg of the Prime Minister on continuing to strengthen the responsibility of state management of food safety in the new situation; Plan No. 167-KH/TU dated March 14, 2023 of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee on implementing Directive No. 17-CT TW dated October 21, 2022 of the Secretariat on strengthening food security and safety in the new situation.
*Nghe An will organize many activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army. Activities include: Propaganda, education, emulation, rewards; military and defense activities; cultural, literary, artistic, sports, and exhibition activities; discussion, meeting, and exchange activities; policy activities, mass mobilization, gratitude; defense foreign affairs activities.
* After the Thanh Tam Traditional Medicine Hospital project and the Viet Nhat High-Quality Vocational Training Center project, recently, the Multi-Functional Cinema Center project invested by 12/9 Cinema Joint Stock Company was proposed to reconsider the benefit of socialization incentive policies.
