* From November 7 to 11, a delegation from Nghe An province led by Mr. Hoang Nghia Hieu - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee visited and worked in Japan. *On the morning of November 9, the Steering Committee for the implementation of Decision No. 2036/QD-BQP of the Ministry of National Defense on approving the Project to improve the quality and effectiveness of mass mobilization work of the armed forces of Military Region 4 in special areas in the Military Region for the period 2023-2030, Nghe An province held an online conference to disseminate and implement the Project.
