On the afternoon of March 28, information from the Office of the People's Committee of Nghe An province said that Mr. Le Hong Vinh - Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghe An province - has just issued a document requesting directors and heads of departments, branches and localities to carry out a number of key tasks and solutions to reduce administrative procedures, improve the business environment, and promote socio-economic development.

Accordingly, provincial departments, branches and sectors focus on reviewing and recommending competent authorities to reduce and simplify regulations and administrative procedures under their management authority (district and commune levels) related to investment, production, business activities and people's lives.

Ensure to shorten at least 40% of administrative procedure processing time compared to current regulations, reduce at least 30% of business costs (compliance costs); propose to abolish 30% of unnecessary business conditions.

Implementing flow and shortening the processing time for groups of procedural records to achieve the province's GRDP growth target of 10.5% in 2025, according to the target assigned by the Government.

Priority groups of procedural documents for investment and infrastructure development: Procedures for planning, investment, site clearance, approval and adjustment of investment policies, licensing, approval, adjustment, disbursement of public investment capital and bidding documents, land auctions, land allocation, construction licensing for large-scale investment projects.

In particular, key projects include the coastal road from Nghi Son (Thanh Hoa) to Cua Lo (Nghe An) from km7 to km76, the traffic route to Nhon Mai and Mai Son communes (Tuong Duong district), the road connecting National Highway 7C to Ho Chi Minh Road with National Highway 48E, Tan Ky district; the project to upgrade and expand National Highway 7.
