This activity aims to implement the content of the Planning for conservation, restoration and promotion of the value of the Special National Monument Site of President Ho Chi Minh Memorial Site approved by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 1943/QD-TTg dated November 27, 2020.

The Cultural Tourism Area Project is located in the newly constructed area of the relic complex, next to existing relic clusters such as: Sen village relic cluster, Hoang Tru village relic cluster, Chung mountain relic cluster and the tomb of Mrs. Hoang Thi Loan (mother of President Ho Chi Minh). According to the plan, the project is implemented on an area of over 43 hectares, including: parking lot, trees, services and landscape trees; commercial service area; cultural center area; tourist service area; experimental area, agricultural conservation, public transport... with a total investment of over 1,625 billion VND.
In addition to the Cultural Tourism Area project, T&T Group has proposed and been approved by the People's Committee of Nghe An province to be the sponsor, completing the idea, design plan and investing in the construction of the 9-storey waterfall at the tomb of Mrs. Hoang Thi Loan with a total investment of nearly 35 billion VND. The project aims to pay tribute to the birth and upbringing of Mrs. Hoang Thi Loan; at the same time, gradually completing the overall landscape, increasing the attractiveness for tourists to visit and visit Mrs. Hoang Thi Loan's tomb, contributing to the propaganda and education of patriotic traditions and national pride.
The system of memorial sites of President Ho Chi Minh in Nghe An has played an important role in propagating, introducing and promoting his life and career, making a practical contribution to educating the tradition of patriotism, revolutionary ethics and lifestyle for many generations. In particular, the President Ho Chi Minh Memorial Site in Nam Dan district is a place to preserve cultural and historical space and many documents and artifacts associated with his childhood, including 4 main relic clusters, with 14 component relics; is one of 5 special National Monuments related to President Ho Chi Minh in the whole country.

In order to preserve and promote the value of the heritages that President Ho Chi Minh left for his homeland, the Party, the State and Nghe An province always pay attention to the task of preserving, embellishing and promoting the value of the relic. The province has established a plan to preserve, embellish and promote the value of the special National Monument of President Ho Chi Minh Memorial Site with the participation of leading consultants, domestic and international experts, which has been approved by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 1943/QD-TTg dated November 27, 2020. The relic site with a total area of over 287 hectares is planned to become a memorial site for famous people, a place to welcome generations of Vietnamese and foreigners to visit President Ho Chi Minh's homeland and learn about his childhood memories; at the same time, it is a historical - cultural tourist area of national and international significance, a cultural - festival center, a space to experience the unique traditional culture of the North Central region.
Mr. Nguyen Duc Trung, Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee, requested that relevant departments, branches and functional units proactively coordinate and promptly support the resolution of difficulties, obstacles, recommendations and proposals of the Investor during the implementation of the Project. The Investor closely coordinates with the Department of Culture and Sports, Nam Dan district and relevant departments and branches to implement the above two projects in accordance with regulations, ensuring quality and environmental sanitation; strives to complete on May 19, 2025, on the occasion of the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday, in order to promote the value, turn the Cultural Tourism Area and the 9-storey Waterfall into symbolic cultural works, commensurate with the value of Ho Chi Minh's ideology and culture, contributing to creating and promoting good cultural values and bringing benefits to the community.
The Provincial People's Committee has directed the implementation of the Project's procedures to ensure legal regulations. Up to now, the investor has been selected as Trang Thi Trading and Service Joint Stock Company (under T&T Group) to ensure financial capacity, expertise and experience in investing in cultural works nationwide.
Kim Lien Relic Site (Kim Lien Commune, Nam Dan, Nghe An) was established in 1956, is a place to preserve priceless relics about the hometown, family, childhood of President Ho Chi Minh and mark the profound memories of his two visits to his hometown. After 67 years of formation, experiencing many difficult periods of war, up to now, the special National Relic Site of President Ho Chi Minh in Nghe An has become a meaningful historical - cultural - tourist relic complex, one of the four especially important relics of Uncle Ho in the country.
