Nghe An calls for investment in a 900 billion VND housing project in Cua Lo
The total cost of the project is 900 billion VND. Of which, the cost of compensation, support and resettlement is more than 71 billion VND. The deadline for submitting bidding documents for this project is before 8:00 a.m., June 10, 2024.
The Department of Planning and Investment of Nghe An province has just issued a notice inviting interested investors to submit registration documents for the implementation of the Housing Project in Nghi Thu Ward and Nghi Huong Ward, Cua Lo Town.

Accordingly, the Residential Area project in 2 wards of Cua Lo Town has a total area of 15.65 hectares, with a population of 1,700 people. Products and services provided in this project include: Housing, residential land, commercial service area, cultural house, technical infrastructure system, traffic roads, parking lots, green areas - sports.
It is expected that the above project will be built with a scale including: Commercial service area with land use area of over 0.64 ha, height of 5 floors, construction density of 60%. Low-rise commercial housing (rough construction and exterior finishing), located at locations adjacent to Sao Nam road axis and the main landscape roads of the project with a total land area of over 3 ha, height of 3 floors, construction density of 75%. Social housing (rough construction and finishing) with 5 floors has a construction land area of 1.53 ha, construction density of 40%. 1-storey cultural house has a land area of 1.9 thousand m2, construction density of 40%.
Along with the above works is the construction of a synchronous landscape and technical infrastructure system according to the detailed planning scale 1/500 approved by competent authorities including: Leveling ground; parks, urban trees, sports; parking lots; urban lighting; water supply system; rainwater drainage system; wastewater drainage system; electricity and communication system; wastewater treatment and collection area for solid waste transfer; transformer station; fire prevention and fighting; traffic system, sidewalks...
The project implementation period shall not exceed 50 years. The project implementation progress shall be 5 years from the date of the decision on land allocation, land lease, decision on land use conversion or the date of land handover and meeting the conditions for commencement of construction as prescribed by law.
It is known that before that, the Department of Planning and Investment of Nghe An province also opened the registration file to implement the Housing Project in Nghi Huong Ward. The project is deployed on an area of 8.87 hectares with a total estimated implementation cost of nearly 440 billion VND. The only investor submitting the registration file to implement this project is Thanh Cong Construction Consulting Company Limited.
