Tomorrow, Ho Chi Minh City National University will announce the first round of capacity assessment scores.

Informing the press on the morning of April 15, Dr. Nguyen Quoc Chinh, Director of the Center for Testing and Training Quality Assessment of Ho Chi Minh City National University, said that the exam scores for the first round of the 2025 Competency Assessment Test (ĐGNL) have been released. The results will be announced on the website https://thinangluc.vnuhcm.edu.vn/dgnl/ on April 16.

The distribution of exam scores in the first round has a standard and widespread distribution, demonstrating a high ability to classify candidates, which is favorable for the selection process.

Of the 126,297 graded exams, the average score of the candidates was 618.4 points, with 142 candidates scoring over 1,000 points. The candidate with the highest score in the exam was 1,060 points and the candidate with the lowest score was 40 points.

Evaluating the test scores of this round, Mr. Chinh said that the distribution of test scores in the first round of 2025 is close to the standard distribution; the wide range of scores shows the ability to classify candidates well, which is favorable for the selection process.

The analysis results show that the difficulty level of the questions in the 2025 National High School Graduation Exam is similar to the design. At the same time, most of the questions in the exam have good and very good discrimination, which helps to classify candidates well, suitable for admission purposes.

The first round of the National High School Graduation Exam organized by Ho Chi Minh City National University took place on March 30 with a record number of candidates registering to take the exam.

This year, VNU-HCM will not send a paper copy of the VNU-HCM High School Graduation Exam results certificate (certificate) to candidates as in previous years. Instead, candidates will be issued an electronic certificate to create more favorable conditions for candidates and admission units, while improving the efficiency of management work according to the digital transformation trend.

From April 21, candidates can proactively access the VNU-HCM High School Graduation Exam information portal to look up and download electronic certificates.

The second round of the 2025 National High School Exam will be held on Sunday (June 1) in 11 localities: Hue, Binh Dinh, Khanh Hoa, Dak Lak, Lam Dong, Ho Chi Minh City, Ba Ria - Vung Tau, Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Tien Giang, An Giang . Candidates will register for the second round of the exam from April 17 to May 7.
