The Congress of the Vietnam Youth Union of Phu Tho province will be held from August 1-2 at the Provincial Convention Center. The Congress will be attended by 200 delegates who are outstanding cadres and youth union members, representing intelligence, enthusiasm, ambition and faith - representing nearly 200,000 union members and youth in the whole province.

The results of the Congress will be a basic premise, creating a strong change in improving the quality of activities of the Association, expanding the solidarity front, gathering young people, encouraging and supporting young people to establish themselves and start a career.
Comrade Bui Duc Giang - Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, Chairman of the Provincial Youth Union, term V affirmed: “The 6th Provincial Youth Union Congress will close the past 5 years with achievements; at the same time, it will open a new journey with beliefs, determination and aspirations to conquer new successes. The Congress has the task of evaluating the work of the Union and the youth movement for the term 2019-2024 and building directions, goals and solutions for the Union's work for the term 2024-2029... Currently, the 5th Congress Committee has completed the preparation work on the content and conditions for organizing the 6th Provincial Youth Union Congress, term 2024-2029. The content of the political report, personnel plan, Congress organization program, propaganda work before, during and after the Congress have also been completed”.
The Political Report of the 5th Congress Committee summarized the key results of the term with outstanding features, typical works and movements; at the same time, it boldly acknowledged the limitations and shortcomings and drew important lessons, with illustrative data, comparing with the targets set out in the Resolution of the 5th Congress.
The orientation of the association's work and the provincial youth movement for the 6th term (2024-2029) with contents and solutions revolving around the movement "I love my Fatherland", the program "Accompanying the youth" and "Building a strong Vietnam Youth Union" is built based on the orientations of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union, the practical situation of the socio-economy, the needs of youth and society in the province.
As a broad political activity of the province's youth, the Congress of the Vietnam Youth Union at all levels for the 2024-2029 term has been carefully prepared by the provincial Youth Union chapters. The congresses have been successful, and this event has received the attention of many youths.
At the Congress of the Youth Union of Lam Thao district, delegate Nguyen Thi Bich Thuy - President of the Youth Union of Son Vy commune shared: "We hope that the Congress of the Youth Union at all levels will arouse the spirit of enthusiasm, initiative, volunteerism and dedication of the youth of Lam Thao district in particular and the youth of the Ancestral Land in general, contributing to building the homeland to become more and more beautiful and civilized".
Youth message to the Congress
For many months now, the sharing and messages of young people from all walks of life have been sent to the Youth Union at all levels, creating a vibrant atmosphere, demonstrating the interest of young people in the organization's political events.
Comrade Pham Hoang Tuan - Secretary of the District Youth Union, Chairman of the Phu Ninh District Youth Union shared: “The Phu Ninh District Youth Union delegation is ready to attend the 6th Provincial Youth Union Congress. We have prepared the contents of the speeches at the Congress and the forums within the framework of the Congress. Currently, agricultural products, OCOP products, and youth start-up models have also been prepared to participate in the series of events responding to and welcoming the success of the Congress. The Congress is an event to unite and build a strong, united and developed youth community; affirm the role of youth in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland; spread positive values, contributing to building a civilized and progressive society”.
The Provincial Youth Union Committee clearly recognized and identified the importance of the Congress. Right from the time it received the plan to organize Congresses at all levels directed by the Central Youth Union, the Provincial Youth Union promptly and proactively directed its affiliated Youth Unions to complete the plan to organize Congresses at all levels in July.
The new point of this Congress is the application of information technology to manage and provide congress documents to delegates; innovation in propaganda work and youth outreach methods. In addition to visual propaganda, the contents, activities and programs of the Congress are also promoted through digital platforms, creating conditions for many youth groups to access.
In Viet Tri city, on the main roads, there are flags and banners with propaganda slogans focusing on the following contents: Youth of the Ancestral Land - Solidarity - Creativity - Aspiration - Development; Youth of the Ancestral Land - Solid Knowledge - Good Skills - Rich Aspiration; Youth of the Ancestral Land of King Hung - Promoting the "Lac Hong" tradition, Aspiration for creative start-ups, Volunteering to build a prosperous and happy homeland; Youth of the Ancestral Land are patriotic, united, creative, devoted... expressing the will, determination, and aspiration of the Ancestral Land youth.
In districts and towns, the District Youth Union Committee also directed the hanging of banners at the headquarters and on main roads before, during and after the Congress to widely propagate to all levels of the Union, members and youth the meaning and importance of the Congress, raising the sense of responsibility of cadres, members and youth to participate in contributing to the development of the Union as well as activities towards the festival of the youth of the Ancestral Land.
