Vietnam Italy Foodtech Day 2025 aims to introduce advanced technologies, modern production models, as well as update the latest trends in the global food industry. Not only a place to demonstrate technology, the event is also a bridge between generations - from students, lecturers to experts, managers and businesses - to share knowledge, experience and career development opportunities.

At the event, workshop programs such as: Chocolate, gelato, pizza, mixology... with the participation of foreign experts and Vietnamese chefs took place very enthusiastically, attracting a large number of students to participate.

Speaking at the program, Dr. Ngo Thi Thu Thuy, Chairwoman of the Council of Saigon Technology University, shared: “STU is a private university with an application-oriented training. We always wonder how knowledge does not stop at the lecture hall but must enter life, becoming a solid foundation for students when entering the working environment. The event Vietnam - Italy Foodtech Day 2025 is the realization of that wish, when students have direct access to European technology, meet international experts, and clearly understand their role in the food industry value chain - F&B. This is also one of the initial steps for the plan to build a "Startup University" model at STU."
