Pho Day 2023: More than 10,000 people participate in 'Let's eat Pho De Nhat together'

On December 9 & 10, the Pho Day 2023 event took place at Da Lat market and Da Lat University. Responding to the event with the message "Let's eat Pho De Nhat - Honoring Vietnamese cuisine", Acecook Vietnam has implemented many meaningful activities such as: Happy Truck Sampling, "Winter night pho" to warm the hearts of those who make a living, experiencing "Pho cooking class", awarding scholarships to students in remote areas and giving Pho to local people.

“Pho cooking class - bringing authentic pho to every home

For a long time, pho has been considered the national dish of Vietnam when introduced to the world. In Vietnam, pho also has the unique flavor of each region.

Coming to "Pho Day 2023", Pho De Nhat introduces 3 typical flavors including: Beef Pho, Chicken Pho with 12-hour broth, real bones and real meat, according to the restaurant's recipe and Special Pho with rare beef - a new product with the typical flavor of fragrant stir-fried beef with ginger and garlic, a standard Hanoi delicacy.

The "Pho cooking class" taking place on the afternoon of December 9 at Dalat University is considered one of the highlights of "Pho Day" 2023.

Busy life makes time more and more precious. With limited time and cost, Pho De Nhat instant noodle can still provide a solution for a quality meal. Pho De Nhat chef will guide you how to quickly cook a bowl of pho at home.

With a concentrated pho broth package from “12 hours of stewing real bones and real meat”, it is easy to bring a bowl of sweet broth, plus soft and chewy pho noodles, which is enough for a quality bowl of pho. More than 600 bowls of Pho De Nhat were served to visitors during this festival.

On this occasion, Acecook Vietnam also awarded scholarships to local students who have overcome difficulties and sponsored 1,000 gifts at the zero-dong market.

Continuing the activities of “Pho Day” 2023, around the Happytruck parked at Da Lat night market, locals and tourists can try Pho De Nhat products; beef flavor, chicken flavor, rare. On a cold winter night in the foggy city, it is wonderful to enjoy a bowl of hot pho.

In particular, to bring unexpected joy to the workers who are struggling to make a living outside their homes, after leaving the central market of Da Lat, the Happytruck went around the city, handing out packages of Pho De Nhat products to the workers late at night, as a lovely act, together celebrating Pho Day 12-12.
