The Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lao Cai province has just announced the organization of the 16th Congress of Delegates of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Lao Cai province, term 2024 - 2029.
Accordingly, the 16th Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Lao Cai province, term 2024 - 2029, will be officially held on July 15 - 16, 2024, at the Lao Cai Provincial Convention Center.
Within the framework of the 16th Congress of Delegates of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Lao Cai province, term 2024 - 2029, the following activities will take place:
On the first day (preparatory session), incense offering will be held at the Uncle Ho Memorial House and the Monument to Heroes and Martyrs; consultation will be held to elect the Presidium and Secretary of the Congress... In particular, on the first day, there will be 3 discussion centers with the following topics: "Tasks and solutions to improve the effectiveness of propaganda, mobilization, gathering people of all walks of life and people's foreign affairs"; "Tasks and solutions to implement patriotic emulation movements, campaigns and social security work"; "Tasks and solutions in Party building, building a strong government and implementing grassroots democracy".
The second working day (official session) will include the following activities: Opening of the Congress; summary report of the Draft Political Report of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, term XV, 2019-2024, directions, goals and action program, term XVI, 2024-2029; delegates' presentations...
The Congress will also consult on electing the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee for the 16th term, 2024-2029; consult on electing delegates to attend the 10th National Congress of Delegates...
