Social insurance industry deploys plan for Social Insurance Month in 2025

Deputy Director of Social Insurance Management and Operation of An Giang Province Le Chi Thanh delivered a concluding speech at the conference.

At the conference, the plan to organize the 2025 National Social Insurance Month was deployed; instructions on communication content; a preliminary review of service organization activities in the first quarter of 2025; service organization targets, collection staff; launching an emulation movement to welcome the National Social Insurance Month and training on the topic: Some new points of the revised Law on Social Insurance in 2024 and the early retirement regime according to Decree 67/2025, Decree 178/2024/ND-CP on regimes and policies for cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers and armed forces in the arrangement of the apparatus.

According to the plan, the Social Insurance Department aims to increase at least 100 new people in each district for voluntary social insurance during the peak month, and continue paying 300 people. For family health insurance, it strives to increase 500 new people, and 6,000 people will mature, with 3,000 people in Tri Ton district and Tinh Bien town alone.

Speaking at the conference, Deputy Director of An Giang Social Insurance Management and Operation Le Chi Thanh suggested that local social insurance and collection service organizations strengthen their responsibilities, mobilize the entire political system to participate in policy communication, contributing to raising people's awareness and knowledge of the value and benefits of social insurance. The peak of communication and mobilization during Social Insurance Month, with the highest political determination, aims to complete the targets of developing participants and maturing social insurance and health insurance, towards the goal of universal social insurance.
