On January 22, the Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank - Ninh Binh branch (MB Ninh Binh) held an opening ceremony for its new headquarters.
Attending the event were comrades: Doan Minh Huan, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Tong Quang Thin, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Tran Song Tung, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Mr. Luu Trung Thai, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank.
Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Song Tung gave an overview of the characteristics of Ninh Binh province as well as the major policies and orientations for socio-economic development of the province in the coming time. At the same time, he affirmed that with its outstanding advantages, Ninh Binh will be a promised land for domestic and foreign investors, so the demand for capital for organizations, businesses and individuals in the area is very large. The presence of MB Ninh Binh in particular and the banking system and credit institutions in the area in general is an affirmation of the position of Ninh Binh province in the national development strategy.
The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also acknowledged and commended the efforts of the Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank - Ninh Binh branch after more than 14 years of presence and operation in the province, which has continuously strived to improve, ensure safe and effective business operations, good risk control, stable growth rate over the years and become the joint stock commercial bank with the largest total outstanding debt in Ninh Binh province, accounting for 15.9% of the total outstanding debt of commercial banks in the whole province; the number of individual and corporate customers reached over 282,000 customers.
Not only focusing on developing business activities, the Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank - Ninh Binh branch is also a bright spot in implementing social security work, such as: supporting charity funds, supporting the construction of Gratitude Houses, building houses for poor households, policy households; sponsoring the construction of schools, hospitals; supporting and accompanying the province to successfully organize a number of major events.
The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee hopes that the opening of the new headquarters of the Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank - Ninh Binh branch with modern facilities and high-quality human resources will contribute to improving the quality of services and products and better meeting the financial and investment service needs of people and businesses. On that basis, the Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank - Ninh Binh branch will continue to achieve new successes and make positive contributions to the socio-economic development of the province.
